The support that I had from Customer Success was second to none. Daniel was super supportive and extremely patient with me. I feel like he went over and above to help me through the setup with MESA. He was really great to work with and really responsive. Thank you Daniel!

After downloading the Mesa app, Jordin stayed online with me until everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. He even stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure everything was working perfectly. I really appreciate the time, patience, and effort he put into helping me. It's rare to receive customer service like this these days. Jordin went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier...

This automation saved hours of data entry work!!! The setup was a bit confusing for me even using the ai assistant BUT Abby S. from MESA jumped on the chat and saved the day! Amazing support and customer service. I was ready to give up and now I am never leaving! Thanks MESA and Abby!
— NYA Association
MESA is the only reasonably priced integration and automation platform I've been able to find and this is NOT a "you get what you pay for" situation. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the majority of my issues have been resolved same day. A healthy amount of updates have been added since we have been a customer. We recently upgraded to the unlimited tier and are excited to take...

Onboarding with this app has been a breeze. In this day of bots and AI, I worked with real people, on the phone with me. They checked in with me to be sure everything's running as it should. I have no qualms about reaching out if I need an adjustment. Or if I wanted to expand my use of the app. Highly recommend.
— Birdie's Pimento Cheese
Good support from the team and escalating my query to help with the new feature
— Salvacare
Excellent customer service! Fast live chat that resolves issues immediately. (Thanks Jordin S!!) Excellent app for automations.
— My Golf Memories
Mesa has become the hub for all things automation in our Shopify store. We have been able to utilize Mesa to connect, automate and transform many of our previously manual operations. From finance to scheduling, and many other areas in between. Their support has been timely and extremely helpful, even helping to troubleshoot or create custom workflows when needed.
— Big League Food Company
The team was very knowledgable and quick to address the concerns I had about my workflow!!
— Silo & Stone
Fantastic customer service! Really helped bail me out of a jam!
— Ralph Myhre Golf Course
Incredible customer support. Found a solution that will save my team multiple hours per week.
— Haywood Golf
Jordin S was SO great! I am not a techy/code person at all, so he saved me so much time and effort trying to solve my problem myself. He not only helped me identify the possible solution to my problem, he even fixed it for me so I didn't have to struggle! Can't thank him enough!

uninstalled this app and was billed for it a month later. I cant find who I need to talk to about this. Sick an tired of having to have an app to do anything within my store. Every time I turn around it some bs I have to deal with.
— The Badge Boutique Co
We just needed this app for a very, very simple function - to pass one line of data per order. In the space of a month the app automatically upgraded us from $12 Basic plan to $99 per month for the simplest of tasks that turns out, we were being charged per order at our store and the app considered each order 'a task'. It's totally overpriced. Perhaps if you're going to be using multiple functio...

I was charged a month later even though the app had already been uninstalled.

this app is very hard to use doesn't have very many options for different workflow. I would recommend zapier way more because zapier has way more options and customization as well as it's cheaper. Plus this app charged me after I installed the app. Horrible experience would not recommend.

We installed and used this app on two of our three shopify stores for $20 per store. It worked well for a simple automation to add postcards to orders. A few months later we went ot install it on our 3rd store and suddenly a new pricing structure. Now our automation were considered too long and we had to pay the new price of $96 per store to run our automation. We have to use 3 stores to manage cu...

App would be great if it would work properly. Makes soo many mistakes every second day. Need to check every day if it made a mistake and edit manually. This is so annoying and time consuming. Really unsatisfied with this app. It is just an automation which should not be hard at all to run smoothly.

I feel like MESA has committed FRAUD and THEFT with my account. I just found that MESA was overbilling me BEYOND their $29.95 monthly fee under Shopify's name. I was paying for MESA's $29.99 monthly plan, and I didn't have more than 800 emails sent ALL YEAR via MESA, yet MESA billed me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS beyond their $29.99 monthly fee under "shopify" on my banking statement. I thought those wer...
