Using it daily, works pretty well. A few bug here and there, but support is very reactive

Great experience overall. Easy to use, reliable, and effective for managing free gifts and promotions.

Best Customer Service! Especially Ravish

Great!

Love using the Monk app. It has definitely brought us more revenue, and our free item offers and bulk pricing have been a huge hit with our customers.

Have tried SO many promo apps over 11 years on the Shopify platform but have settled on Monk for the huge variety of promo types and easy setup - they also don't take a percentage of your sales (unlike others). And a shout out to the support and dev teams for a quick turnaround of issues. Thanks guys! Cheers, Ben

Very helpful support and fast to respond to technical investigatons

Another minor issue (because I couldn't figure it out myself) sorted by Ravish. Super quick responses. He did a couple of things himself but made sure to give me the steps he used for me to use in the future. Honestly this app is the best I've come across with great customer support as well.

Great help

Great app and great support

Monk was easy to install and the integrations to customize the app to fit our website's aesthetic were seamless. I was able to add everything according to our brand guidelines, including special fonts and colors. Priyasha and Fiazan were also super helpful and responsive while we were running tests to make sure the app works on mobile & web. I would definitely recommend the app to other digit...

There is a bit of a user learning curve with the product itself, but the support staff is super helpful and responsive when you do run into any issues.

Special thanks to the support team for their quick responses and professional assistance. They made the setup process simple and stress-free.

The team at Monk goes above and beyond to support their users. The app works flawlessly. I am able to run many types of promotions including free gifts, upsells, cross sells, buy x get y, and more and they all work well. I recently ran into a unique issue where a customization to my store was conflicting with how Monk operated. The support team at Monk could have easily told me it was my probl...

Works great. Very helpful support team.

Fast response when there is an issue. Like the variety of features!

Wow, what a great experience with the app. The support team, especially Faizan, really understood what I wanted (it was a bit complicated) and did everything they could to help me get the setup I wanted. A big thank you. I would recommend this app without hesitation.
