MP‑Store Credit

Pretty robust store credit app. We had an issue with the New Customer Accounts and not syncing my customers to the store. It stalled out at 17K. But Suraj in support was very quick to address the issue and correct things. We are still in dev and not live but app should handle store credits well once we are live.

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to bring more attention to this app. I found it by accident while searching for a better and quick way to do refunds for the customer. Everytime we give a refund, I would have to pay processing fees plus about a week's time for the money to reach my customer’s bank account so that they can use it again and I end up paying twice the processing for no reason!...

Even the free version lets you use all the features, I can manage refund and issue credit to my customers easily. Vineet helped me with the setup and its looking good.

Initially I had some issue with the app but Vineet got in touch with me and helped me resolve the issues in no time, He also explained more ways to use the app for improving my sales. Will pay for this for sure.

First time using the app, Free version looks great and has resolved some of my long time issues with managing customers. Will update to a paid version soon. Great Job

Really straight forward to set up and install with good flexibility and functionality. The ability to control the credit is super easy to implement and edit. Love it

First time using this app and am still learning about what it can offer me as I go through it. My initial comment is that it is easy to navigate and I got the 'Credit and Refund management' system up and running not long after installing the App. Will make more comments as I learn more. Great App so far that is easy to use!

Great app for store Credit and refund. My customers can get notification about credit. Good communication with app developer if any tweaks or adjustments needed.
