With multiple UPS accounts and a USPS account, this application has easily saved us dozens of hours and many thousands of dollars by accurately selecting the correct shipping modality and faithfully transmitting the price to the customer. I am currently trying to resolve this with support. An agent advised me to download this app during onboarding, even though I already had PluginHive. We were unable to properly complete onboarding or use the service, but I have now been charged a $149.00 subscription fee. I’m hoping this can be resolved and reverted.
