MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order B2B

Great support

We’ve actually been using MultiVariants Bulk Order B2B since we first launched our store, and it has consistently been the best bulk grid app out there. It’s reliable, easy for customers to use, and has always handled our catalog well. But what really impressed me recently was their willingness to go above and beyond when we needed a custom feature. I reached out with a request that wasn’t availab...

This is a great app, I am able to save money by removing multiple other apps I was using and manage it all in one place. I needed some assistance and used their live chat feature, Zaina was able to get it all sorted out quickly

Just started working with the team at MultiVariants and I'm very hopeful that this can be an application that will bring a lot of value to our store. They were willing to take the time to walk me through the app on a video call and they are currently attempting to facilitate some specific needs that our store has in matching the functionality and aesthetics of our brand. I will update this review...

We had a few questions at startup and they logged a call straight away, thanks so much for the speedy service to get us onboard!

After more than a year looking for a plugin that works fine and compatible with all the plugins we have, we found multivariants and we are very satisfied with the plugin and the customer support, thank you

I like how they have a live chat, I was googling some questions that I couldnt find the answer to and was able to speak to a person real quick. Iftakher was responsive, quick, and knew his way around the app to help get the results I was looking for. I love this app for the support, its hard to find that in this current AI age lol

The support was quick and very helpful. Thank you! Would recommend.

The chat support team was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They quickly understood our requirements, provided clear solutions, and resolved our issue efficiently. Their prompt assistance made the setup process smooth and hassle-free. We appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!"

Excellent app, and great support. Highly recommended.

This app is exactly what we were looking for. I got immediate support and help from their team; Hasan was very helpful. I'm looking forward to using this app! Great job guys!

This app has been really helpful for our store, especially for products with lots of size and color variations. Being able to display multiple variants together and enter quantities in one place makes the ordering process much faster than selecting each variant individually.

we are using MultiVariants for long now, and there was never any issue. For the first time, today we had an issue when the product zoom was overlapping with the multi variants grid displayed by the app and it was ackward for our customers. We reached out support and explained the issue, shared the product page and screenshots of the issue... They got access into store and rectified this within a...

We really liked the app and the functionality. Highly recommend.

Hi, I just wanna share my experiences with this app and thanks to the support team (Steven). They handle my issue just in a second, and correctly. I don't need to explain much but they can get through the point and help me to fix with screenpal (that you can follow step by step). Anyways, I am happy to have these kind of services which make me finish the website as soon as possible.

Fantastic support and very fast at helping. Shout out to Hector and the team.

We've had an excellent experience with the MultiVariants Bulk Order app. The app has been a key part of our new Shopify website and has allowed us to offer exactly the product options we needed for our bulk T-shirt printing business. What really sets MultiVariants apart is the customer support. Every question we had was answered quickly, professionally and with genuine care. Nothing was ever too...

Zaina was extremely helpful in answering my questions, guiding me to find things & helping me working out some user error problems. She was very thorough & the app does everything I need!
