The remove background tool works the best in my experience. The printing is high quality and have had no returns due to bad images so far. Customer service has been great and understands the fickle nature of some customers and will go out of their way to help newbies in the space.

Customer service was very helpful. I'm new to print on demand and they were very prompt with their response and request for help. Better mock up and product viewing needed (zooming). Also ease of multiple selection of item with graphic variation for a T-shirt. For example same graphic, but needs adjusting on different color shirts. App not easy to figure out.
