My experience with Tapstitch has been excellent. The website and design tools are easy to use and the products I ordered for testing were exceptional in both garment and print quality. Shipping rates are transparent and easy to compare between countries. My orders also arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. I am very satisfied with Tapstitch so far and look forward to continuing to use th...

That said, quality control could definitely be improved. Out of my first 7 orders, 2 arrived with defects, which is a high defect rate for a clothing brand. To their credit, customer support handled the...

As a result, delivery times have blown out from an average of around 7 days to 17+ days, with some orders likely taking close to a month to arrive. S...

They still have received any shipment updates or confirmation of tracking. I fulfilled their order when it showed up but it just waiting to see what happens hopefully they get their order and it’s good quality because I heard go...

**DO NOT USE THIS APP/SERVICE** They use counterfeit postage and USPS will seize your shipment. EDIT: We have attempted multiple times to contact their support team, but they are completely useless and can't fix the issues.
