not much of a reviewer but this earned it. the second stock dips below my number an email hits my phone and I can act right then. no more finding out from an angry customer.

What I appreciate is how granular the filtering gets, I can set different rules per vendor and per collection instead of one blanket threshold. And the reorder figures it works out actually track with what I end up needing, so I trust them now. If they added a webhook that would seal it for me.

Being able to narrow alerts down to just my fast movers by tag has been a game changer for how I plan. The scheduled csv drops into my inbox every monday so I stay on top of thresholds.

The instant pings straight into our Slack channel mean the whole team sees a low count at the same moment, it also does the math on how much to reorder which used to be guesswork for us. Running three warehouses is finally manageable in one place. Would be great if it hooked into teams as well.

I would love more customization for PDF formatting, and maybe an easier way to preview alerts before turning them on permanently.

What I like most is that it cuts down the random spreadsheet work we used to do every friday. Email alerts are dependable and the reorder estimates help with planning ahead. Would be nice if there was a slightly simpler setup guide for people who are not very technical, I figured it out eventually though.

Been using this for around a month now and it honestly saves me from checking inventory every night. The Slack notices are quick, filtering by SKU helps a lot, and the forecast numbers are surprisingly useful. I do wish the mobile layout was a little cleaner though, some menus feel cramped on my phone.

Decent tool. The vendor-based filtering works well for me since I source from like 8 different suppliers and now I can group everything sensibly when reorder time comes around.

Works fine for our needs. We use it mainly for the recipient routing so different team members get pinged about their own product lines, which has cut down on confusion massively. Would be nice if there was better integration with our existing analytics stack though, and the initial setup wizard could walk you through threshold logic a bit better.

Took me a bit to figure out the bulk upload for SKU filters but once that clicked everything else made sense. Threshold customization per product is what sold me, my candles need different reorder logic than my soap bars. one suggestion would be letting us snooze alerts during planned restocks so the inbox doesn't blow up.
