She was patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire process step by step, making sure everything was configured correctly. Had to get in touch with support to get the design section unlocked to get my logo uploaded ,and i got Mig who was very quick and polite, quick support and so far the app easy,also needed some cutomizing to match my site,and they have put in a request and brand colours recommend yes

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this app! Their customer service is a total mess. They told me they’d get back to me in 2 hours, but instead, they emailed me for an RMA number after just 21 minutes. When I didn't reply within 5 minutes, they just closed the case. Also, be warned: they never refund unused return labels. When I threatened to file a claim and report them to Shopify, they offered...
