Support has been very helpful in helping me set up Opinew integration for my site!
— Leo's Luxury Jewelry
The quality and speed of the response time impressed me greatly. They also installed the Opinew parts quickly for me. Segmedina tried her best to help us. Thank you so much.
— Rugaustralia

the support was amazing and fast to resolve my technical issue
— New Mom Collective
I was trying to get the app to work with my new theme and their support team worked quickly to get it working perfectly. Great support and app!
— Farmhouse World
I really do not like the app. I find it slow and clunky, and lacks customizability, but Ken on the support team was very helpful.
— Woolove Apparel
Can not import reviews anymore. You have to message them and they will import the reviews manually and we have been waiting for 5 months now. The reviews widget is also not working and pulling reviews from 2020 even after the issue was reported to their customer service team. We had to remove the widget. The app is very glitchy.

Third class service. I had this app integrated on my website for 1 year; after an year they said my free trail is expired, which was never mentioned before as I always had the free version on. On top of that; they removed the reviews I received during the time; and the widget. Tried getting in touch with the support team multiple times; and they dont seem to be able to fix it; nor even identify th...

Installed but then quickly realized there are better options. Uninstalled but now there's a stupid error showing on my site because Opinew didn't even uninstall properly. Absolute fail.
— Futhark
Doesn't work in any way, can't recommend
— Elviva
l'applicazione non si apre nemmeno dopo averla disinstallata e rinstallata 4 volte, fa schifo, non usatela davvero pessima
— NEVRA
The support of this software is terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. I tried for 4 days to get them to help solve the issues and after several people asking me if there was a problem, no one ever did anything to solve the issue. I gave them access to my site so they could dig deeper but they did nothing. Beware of this company. so far they have not returned my money either.
— Dreamscape Designs
Doesn't work. Keep getting spinning circle, won't import Amazon seller reviews, nothing happens. Useless.
— My Store
Very poor, they sent me on a trip to the supplier to deal with him regarding the reviews.
