The app stopped working for me (user error due to a theme update) and Zia from support was very helpful in getting it back up and running for me. This app broke our checkout flow (confirmed via Claude MCP, and disabling the app immediately fixed the issue). It’s now been over six hours since I last received a response from support, despite sending multiple follow-up messages. Update: adding another star since they eventually fixed it

The app worked for approximately 30 days, but then started glitching and stopped working. Support - which was initially very helpful - wasn't able to resolve in a timely manner. We lost hundreds of dollars in non-applied taxes and had to find an alternative immediately.
