Chat was very easy to use and I got the answers I needed right away. They were also able to suggest some changes to enhance the customer experience and caught a setting that I missed that could have allowed people to add products in the cart without paying. I would highly recommend this app and their chat help.

I had a great experience with the support provided by Mr. Amit while setting up EasyFlow on my Shopify store. He was patient, helpful, and guided me through the setup clearly, making the whole process much easier than I expected. I really appreciate his prompt assistance and willingness to help. Definitely a thumbs up for the excellent customer support!

— SMAF Creations

They are always so helpful when I can't figure out something. The app is very user friendly. The agent who helped me this last time had to search 75 of my option sets and found what I did wrong. She fixed it and my website is better. Thanks so much!

— Destiny Handbags

Loren was extremely helpful in resolving my issue on the spot. It only took a few minutes, was knowledgeable and very polite. Thank you again!

— Miele Moda Luxury Fashion

Fantastic app with tons of flexibility! Recently reached out to support regarding an issue and they helped out very quickly. Shopify's default variant system is very limited, so if you're needing more customization (Such as color pickers, and other things that should be a base feature in Shopify...) definitely grab this app.

— Spin Counters Canada

Customer service on this app is awesome. Nicole went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. She is very very appreciated.

— Nevora

Rubbish apps and company! Totally ridiculous to secretly switching our free plan to the paid plan without our permission, and charging us the money for several months! This is totally ridiculous!

— 1 KAINUO HEALTHCARE

Very Bad experience, late response. And after wasting time what we got is lame excuse.

— Private Label Diets

The free plan is available only to attract users. Useless

— FIORA LONDON

Greatly appreciated Vinz and his patience!! He guided me step by step and made it a breeze. EasyFlow is a great app. I only wish that y’all had a cropping tool and maybe filters for photos.

— Snap Stick Studio

The app is super easy to maintain just take your time. Assistance is always there when need. I was struggling with the EasyFlow app and Florence helped ease my nerves and walked me through step by step and even sharing videos. Thank you so much Florence and the Shopify Team
