I've been using Brevo before it was Brevo (originally sendinblue) and I've never really had any problems with it. I find it to be a much more cost effective option than klaviyo. In the last month I updated our webstore's theme and it messed up our brevo welcome flow and contact list. Completely useless for email marketing unless you spam your customers. Brevo is pushing "performance indicators". If your marketing strategy is not to spam your customers every day, but instead only write when there's something relevant happening (eg. every 3 months), you will fail these thresholds and your account will instantly be locked. Doesn't work if you use a different email address for Brevo and Shopify. It'll create a second Brevo account. This is a known bug but they haven't patched it. No self closure for the erroneously created second Brevo account, so you'll have work with different support teams.
