The support staff disappeared and left the screen with empty submission. I asked for the custom function so that it will take product options generated by other app. It was working at first, and about a year ago, nothing worked and company support link broken. I will move onto asking for a refund. Do not buy this app.

I researched all of the quote capability apps on Shopify and this one fit our needs the best. It is the MOST customizable overall especially for the emails that send to customers. You can customize so much of the copy and language to make it your own. There's also a new feature where you can turn on an automatic quote for abandoned carts that I plan on using soon. Great feature. I had a few issues...

I was looking quite a while for a user friendly app that would remove all checkout options and allow for a request for quote submissions instead. This app not only does everything I required of, it is reasonably priced, and the support is very competent and quick to help. They did some custom things for free and within a business day. Definitely recommend!
