The Recurly team is great to work with! They know how to balance both tactical and strategic conversations. Recurly acquired Prive and completely ruined it. I don't understand the purpose of the acquisition if they just completely ignore Prive customers until they leave. Truly a terrible experience after the acquisition. Nobody at Recurly wanted to help or had any idea what was going on. Stay away!

If you have a large subscription base to migrate, I would be cautious to use this app. I still have unresolved issues of their platform not triggering properly even after 6 weeks later, which they are still working to resolve. Also they were just acquired, which was unfortunate timing. Scared for the future and will be migrating away at the end of the year.
