Refund abuse is hard to see one order at a time. ReturnFence reads the refunds Shopify still exposes, about 60 days, and scores every customer from 0 to 100 so the pattern is visible the moment you open the app. You decide when it acts. Set a rule, such as three or more refunds in 60 days, and matching orders join a review queue with the evidence attached. You approve or add a hold tag before fulfillment. ReturnFence never cancels orders or decides fulfillment for you.
