The best part about this app is the fact that you can have Google seller reviews from your company reviews and the team by live chat can help you import reviews from another platform. There are many downsides: It is very clunky with Shopify, and not all widgets work with the theme, as I'm having the team do the install in places, which is frustrating, as it costing me time directing many people...

I deleted this app and they are still emailing me! I had to create a new account and log on to search for a way to delete my account and guess what? No such option. I am leaving this review and I hope they see it. STOP EMAILING ME AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT!

Unfortunately, without any prior comms from ReviewsIO, they "improved" their plans, increasing our monthly fee from €99 to €150 per month. Easily one of the the worst apps I have used in all my years on Shopify. Feels like it was built by someone who has never used a Shopify store or ran a business. In the process of transitioning to a new app now. Stay away.

Their Product Reviews Widget in Horizon theme has bugs that make it overall not functional for mobile.
