We love the app and the reporting. It is overall great with providing the information needed in the reporting. We may have a unique situation where we may have a large number of employees completing sales at the same time, but the app is easy to use and helps manage the large amount of affiliate links/sales. Customer service is pretty responsive and is willing to work on resolutions to issues.

The app itself is great for calculating commission on paid orders. Looked all over for one that would calculate on subtotal and allow to mark from accounting when paid. However, there is no customer service. Initially there was, and now for weeks we cannot get a response. Coverts to pay-for-play only. Any reps or data you have on commissions is inaccessible unless you then pay them for a monthly service. Also just a vibe that it's more a ploy to gain data then provide a service. Don't bother unless you're sure it's the right fit for your needs.
