Sesami Booking Platform

The app itself is simple and straightforward to use, but what really stands out is the excellent customer support. The team is responsive, open to feedback, and willing to work on improvements to make the app even better in the future. Overall, a very positive experience, and we really appreciate the team's support and proactive approach!

Marianna and her team are the best! They are quick to reply to emails and provide solutions when needed. Excellent customer service and excellent product! I highly recommend.

Our experience with Sesami has been excellent, and it has become an incredibly valuable solution for Vet Las Condes. It has helped us streamline and digitalize our booking process, gain much better visibility into our appointments, and improve the overall experience for both our team and our clients. We would also especially like to recognize Mariana, who has been our main point of contact throug...

Super great platform. The internal team who helps with issues or questions is absolutely wonderful and incredibly resourceful. They do a great job at communicating promptly and finding solutions. Thanks everyone!

The Sesami team has been fantastic for implementing additional booking resources and forms that make our website exactly how we want it to be! Their team is always so kind and helpful, it's always wonderful working with them, and the app itself makes booking easy, so it's one less thing for us to worry about!

Easy to install and use. Had one small installation challenge which the team at Sesami fixed for me very quickly without any problems. Amazing customer service. Very happy user/customer.

Easy set-up and very nice, customer friendly onboarding

The founder personally has worked with us and they are responsive to our requests for new capabilities.

I don’t know what I even did before downloading this app! It’s saved me so much time - takes a while to understand how everything works but the support team is so responsive and always willing to lend a hand - even when you only pay for the basic features. Very pleased and would highly recommend !

I was a little lost with the new version of the app at first, so I asked for customer service. Mariana was very pleasant to email back and forth with. She provided prompt answers with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Solved my issue quickly, even though it was via email instead of a chat feature (which didn't matter; she responded as quickly as a chat conversation anyway). :)

Mariana provided incredible, over the top support with setup and tweaking our settings. Sesami is easy for my customers to use to book Lavender U-Pick appointments. I will definitely use PRO in 2027 as our business expands.

Sesami support team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for business looking for a reliable booking solution.

Great for my spa, I've made all my products into services and couldn't have set up my business without this app, the UI feels a little basic at times but the customers service is quick and so helpful even though I'm on their cheapest plan. I think over time this app will become even better and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Sesami is a fantastic booking system. Really pleased with the responsiveness of the team and their willingness to help. I am just a normal guy, not all too tech-savvy, running a one-man business, as a maths tutor in the North of England, and am very happy indeed that I chose to go with Sesami. Recommend to others like me!

I quickly jumped in a call with Jeannie to set up the integration with Klaviyo, she was extremely helpful and very quick to understand and resolve our issues.
