It is definitely a complex system to start out on, but the help line is efficient and quick in solving issues! Edit to add: I was struggling with how to set up a new system and the customer support was TOP NOTCH! Sid went out of his way to set up a call with me and talked me through all the different features and how to set up my specific (very confusing) scenario. I cannot recommend them enough.
