Not all settings and changes are easy to find, it can be quite confusing when you run multiple stores. But customer service is helpful and helped me find the issues :)

— Stargate Jewelry

Great app that makes syncing products and inventory between Shopify and Etsy much easier. Everything works well, and whenever we’ve had a question or an issue, the support has been very quick and helpful. Highly recommended! Jakub

— WOODNEQ

Excellent app for managing stock between sites. Excellent support when needed too.

— Penelope Textiles Ltd

Shuttle has been a great tool for my business. It’s easy to use and makes syncing products between Shopify and Etsy much more convenient. Their support team is also excellent — they respond quickly, explain everything very clearly, and have been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommend!

— Threadfolk

I love this app. This is actually the 3rd one I tried and it's a keeper. The first one worked about 80% of the time which is really frustrating when you are trying to get things done. The second one worked consistently but the data imported needed to be finessed too much then one day they just vanished. I use it very simply. I don't use all the robust capabilities. I import single items from et...

— VINTAGE DRESS CLOSET

This has been really helpful for transferring our Etsy products into Shopify without having to manually recreate everything one by one. The setup is straightforward, and the product information transfers smoothly, which saves a lot of time when managing a larger catalog. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep things organized and review the transferred products before making them live. It has ma...

— Emberlane Health

I use Shuttle to sync my Etsy and Shopify products, reviews and soon to sync my orders. It has made managing my shop so much easier! Instead of using three different apps to handle simple tasks, this one does it all seamlessly. I really appreciate the customer service, which I believe is also the creator, responds very quick! True customer support is so hard to find these days!

I’m very happy with Shuttle! The app works great and makes managing my shop much easier. The customer support is especially outstanding—very friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond whenever I have a question. You really feel well looked after. Highly recommended!

— DekorIris

I couldn't live without this! It saves me a ton of time and hassle. By moving everything over to Shopify from Etsy, I save a lot on fees. I also have full access to my customer data and I can run detailed Shopify reports on total sales. Get it! and take control of your customer data now!

— RVModMaster

I switched to Shuttle when another app was just too limiting, and I'm glad I did. My listings have become so much easier to cross list over to Etsy. I look forward to delving into the personalization options that have just been introduced.

— Bedrock Rose

I have been using this app for years and am very happy with all the features. I transfer from Etsy to Shopify and it has plenty of settings to ensure any "Etsy" specific language is replaced for a smooth transfer

— Palm to Pine Design

### WHILE WAITING FOR THE REFUND THEY PROMISED I GOT BILLED FROM SHOPIFY ### Just canceled my plan because the're advertising a feature that is missing. As of now it's not possible to import customers address from Etsy, while in their FAQ the're stating that this is a working feature for EU based shops. Wasted couple hours of my time. Maybe they will find the time to update their FAQ (5 minute jo...

Says my free trial has ended. I installed and uninstalled same day and used Maxify to import my etsy items

— LFMDESIGNSGA

Paid a large one time sum for lifetime use of the app several years ago. Now I have to pay a monthly fee to use the app!

— McLaineO

Only imports 50 random items. And in my Etsy store, Shuttle added random Inventory numbers that now displays in my listing headings after the import from Etsy to my Shopify store - I had to correct each Etsy listing. I also deleted the 50 products Shuttle imported and used a CSV to import and then edit each product. This takes longer but then your products are entered correctly.

— Clarabel & Co

Frustrating and unreliable. I wasted months trying to make Shuttle work for Shopify Etsy. The sync was messy, SKUs constantly broke, and the dashboard was confusing. Support wasn’t helpful and I felt stuck the whole time. Switched to LitCommerce and instantly made progress, wish I’d moved sooner.

— littleclothingco

I STRONGLY urge you to state your live-chat hours clearly and visibly — including the time zone. It’s incredibly frustrating not knowing when you’ll actually be back online. And when you do reply, please cover all possible details, since by the time we read your message, you’ll likely be offline again. The current experience is unnecessarily aggravating.

— WJD Exclusives

I'm giving this app 2 stars. The customer service is practically non-existent—I've been reaching out for 6 days and still haven’t received a reply. Additionally, when importing products from Etsy, the app often fails to import them correctly, creating a separate listing instead. It also doesn’t import the cost per item, which is causing major issues for me. I’m now showing over 10k in sales but wi...

— The Nichole Collection

When it works well, it's great. The stock syncing and kit bundling used to work well but now it will randomly mess with my stock amounts, which is costing me sales. For instance I had 50 of one item in stock and it randomly changed it to 0 and I didn't realize for days. I've turned off automatic syncing and just do it manually for now. For something so expensive it shouldn't be causing more proble...
