Collection & Product Sort SMRT

I don’t spend a ton of time on merchandising, so having an easy way to rearrange products has been really useful for my store. Makes those little updates much quicker.

I use the scheduled collection updates for seasonal products, and it’s taken a pretty repetitive task off my plate. The analytics are handy too when I want to see which collections are actually performing. The only thing I’d change is having more options for customizing the alerts.

Good tool for keeping collections tidy. It’s saved me loads of time, which is what I wanted. Pretty impressed with it so far.

I manage a pretty large catalog, so having different ways to organize collections has been a big help. I like the custom segments, sorting rules, and being able to pin certain products. The performance numbers are actually useful too when I’m trying to figure out what to change next. It can be a little slow with larger collections, though. I’d also like more control over which metrics are included...

I mainly use this for collection sorting and featured products, and it’s made merchandising a lot less of a chore. The drag-and-drop setup is pretty straightforward, the filters give me plenty of control, and the scheduled updates mean I don’t have to check everything every morning. I’d like a little more flexibility with the report exports, but overall it’s been really useful.

Honestly, finally got my collections looking right without spending all afternoon moving products around. Much better.

Roaster here, so I care a lot about which bags show up first. This app handles the multi level sorting better than what we had. Filtering by roast date and weight is exactly what I needed. Two gripes: exporting a report should not take three clicks, and I want to duplicate a rule instead of building it twice.

I build stores for small clients and the app goes on every one now. clients can move their own products around without calling me at 9pm and the reports are clear enough that they actually read them.

okay so we run about 900 skus across four collections and before this it was me manualy dragging things every monday morning which was a nightmare. This app took that off my plate completly. the scheduled rules are the big one for us, the tag grouping is good too and the slack pings mean i find out about low stock before my boss does. only ask is let us name the rules something other than rule 1 r...

I dont normally do this. My wife said I should say something since I complained about the old way for two years. This app fixed it. Thats all.

I am not a computer person at all. My nephew installed SMRT for me and I was sure I would break something. Two months in, nothing has broken. The little grid where you move products around, I understand that. The setup screen at the start had too many words on it though.

honestly SMRT saved my whole collections page. the shuffle thing is so satisfying to wach.

Ive been selling fashion online since 2011 and I have tried most of these sorting programs. SMRT is the one that stuck. The Sunday reset saves me from touching anything on the weekend, the templates stopped me redoing everything twice, out of stock rods vanish on their own, and the alerts land in my email like clockwork. I set this up for our storefront expecting to fight with it.SMRT rules actually run when they say they will, and the sold out items drop off on their own. Fine tool.

Been running my kids clothing shop for four years and Shelfmonkey is the first thing thats actually saved me a Sunday. The drag and drop board makes sense right away, the pin feature keeps my new arrivals up top, and I like getting the weekly digest. Wish the phone version wasnt so squished.

Fair warning I'm picky about tools like this. The condition builder is properly deep, way more attributes than I expected, and nothing broke when I threw a 12k product store at it. Would like an API or webhook so I can trigger a resort from our ERP and a dark mode wouldnt hurt.

the reports are the bit I didnt expect to care about. turns out two of my collections do almost nothing and one carries everything. reorganized around that in an afternoon and sales are up.

Dont normally bother with reviews. seeing the actual product photos while I arrange them instead of a list of SKUs is the whole thing for me, thats what I was missing before.
