Stamps.com Orders

not sure why you guys seem to constantly make "updates" that seem to brick your entire app, but can you please sort this out. thanks

So many issues since it "upgraded" from "classic". I didnt like stamps.com (but didnt have a lot of choices) to begin with now its so much worse. AND we pay $20.99 a month to use it! Yay! Do. Better.

I'm trying to log in and install the Shopify app and it keeps sending me elsewhere. No way to integrate with Shopify through here from what I can see. Very lame.

GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DONT use this crappy service. There is constant updates that GLITCH every day. Customer service is a joke, calls are overseas where they are NO help. I have to call often because there are so many problems, but today was the day I quit stamps. Im on hold for 25 to speak to an agent, I get on the call and she doesnt understand anything then...

Stamps.com needs to roll their entire platform back to "Classic". Since they launched this new version it has been plauged with problems. Cant print from the orders screen at all, cant print multiple stamps for letters... this is so far from where it was it is scary. and now, i cant even get my app linked to my shopify store. There is no indicator on if it is actually connected or not. The new sy...

huge pain in the a**. When it works, it works. When it does not, your day is finished and you wont be printing orders. I seriously cannot understand why they can't get this working. Fire the R&D Team and start over. Calling in for help takes hours.

Total garbage. They recently forced everyone to update to the latest version of the app and it completely broke the functionality. Customer support emailed me with a troubleshooting guide which did not solve the problem. I can't get it to work and I've worked as a systems admin and CTO for 12 years! TERRIBLE APP, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Absolute garbage. Used to work fine. Now it's a steaming pile of poo. I don't want to learn a whole new system, but the ineptitude of Stamps is staggering as of late. Did you hire a whole new staff? Please hire based on merit.

The price of this app is unreasonable compared to alternatives. Additionally, it wasn't uploading tracking from the application.

Wanted to use this program but it only integrates PAID orders and is not consistent with integrating paid orders. It imports around every 2-3 times an hour. We charge people after getting the shipping costs and needed it to import prior to being marked as paid.

My experience is exactly same as the 1st review. I followed the instructions and tried many times but the orders don't get imported. Really BAD application.

Did not automatically fill orders after integration and there were zero troubleshooting guides to follow. I followed the directions exactly and tried three separate times. Everything was set up as instructed in the integration guide. It just didn't work.
