I reached out and was asked to allow permission for help with the issues. I allowed access immediately and they never addressed the problem or reached back out to me. I felt totally ignored. This is the app I was looking for for a long time, a modern lightbox for Dawn theme. I downloaded yesterday and app works perfectly! There is a nice fade effect on the background when you click on product photos, it looks very modern. I would say this app is a must-have for every shopify store.
