Teleship DDP Global Shipping

On one hand, this app is a godsend for small brands looking to sell internationally to individual customers. It handles all the tax and duty calculations, giving certainty and convenience to our customers. On the other hand, they have lost two high value parcels of ours within just a few months. Customer service is usually quick and helpful, and the knowledge base and human assistance during set u...

I converted nearly our entire EU & US order stream to Teleship from a mix of Parcel2Go, Easyship and Royal Mail directly. Antoine and his team have been extremely receptive to fixing any issues and taking in our feedback, chasing any problems that are inevitable with shipping internationally and making the experience a pleasant one.

Antoine and the team have been so helpful with any questions or support needed on topics that can often be very overwhelming! They completed a full audit to ensure everything was set up correctly and pointed out any gaps found which was hugely appreciated. The service they offer along with the quick and supportive team makes the whole shipping process so much easier!

Complete game changer. I literally had no way to pre-pay customs for users before Teleship, now I can provide a delightful experience to everyone. Thank you so so much for creating this service, it's brilliant.

Fantastic app and support. Still early days, but so far the experience has been great from easy set up, dedicated support to headache free shipping to EU, AU, CA & US customers.

The team at Teleship have changed the way I deal with shipping internationally for the better! Their extremely quick support when needed have been a blessing. I cannot fault their customer service, and they have implemented features suggested to make the overall use more streamlined and efficient. Thank you so much to everyone working at Teleship for making shipping so much easier!

Exceptional customer service, the team is extremely helpful with all issues I face. The help, support and service they offer makes the shipping process so much easier. I cannot recommend their services enough for anyone looking to have international shipping, especially with DDP.

We have used this company since we launched our site. They are amazing. Simple to use, fast setup. Out of this world customer service. They are not like a supplier, they are a real partner for doing business.

Antoine and the team at Teleship have to be one of the best teams for offering support for the App and being open to suggestions for additional features and improvements. The initial installation and setup was quick and simple with useful notes and YouTube videos to get you started quickly. An initial query was resolved with a few minutes in a video call with Antoine and we were up and running....

Outstanding service from Mr. Antoine at Teleship! I’m genuinely impressed with the level of support I received. Mr. Antoine went above and beyond at every step — extremely helpful, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile. His professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Teleship’s app itself is fantastic — fast, reliable, and truly one of the best solutions for cros...

Using this service since July and our international customers benefit from transparent charges, no surprise costs on receipt of their order - and better shipping charges than previously. As important the support has been very good.

Teleship has been fantastic in enabling us to ship DDP to the USA. It works perfectly for small businesses like ours and the app works seamlessly in the background, making it very easy to purchase labels and then just drop off with your regular mail. No need to drop off to different couriers, it just goes with Royal Mail and then is forwarded on from there to the relevant courier. We have been so...

We've only been using this app for a few days but so far I'm beyond impressed. I had a little trouble getting everything configured and Antoine went above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely awesome! This company will be a huge bee in the bonnet of the big carriers before too long and I, for one, am rooting for them all the way! Lower shipping costs, straight forward processes, full transparency...

This app has helped solve exporting to the EU for us. Customers are much happier :) Great support.

Teleship is currently the only answer to EU and US shipping for UK SMEs who want to ship packages without worry of any customs duties or delays. Their app is very easy to use and customer service is extremely fast to reply and helpful. 100% would recommend.

I installed Teleship in light of the US tariffs kicking in and I'm really impressed with the app itself within Shopify, the customer service and the delivery. The app recognises US and EU orders and drops them straight into its app - from there you can then purchase a shipping label with the correct taxes and duties applied. Its as easy as dropping it off at the Royal Mail local drop off shop and...

Excellent service, and fantastic feedback orm the developers, who actually listen to issues and work on solutions. Has been a godsend for DDP shipping to the US, and the EU, ofeirng better prices and simpler systems than any of ther other carriers. Highly recommended

Teleship has been our Golden Ticket for our small UK business. It enables us to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the USA and most European countries, while still using our local post office for dispatch. At checkout, our store displays duties and taxes transparently, so customers know exactly what they’re paying. We simply purchase the label and drop it off. No hidden fees, no extra steps, just...
