This is a very useful solution – it works flawlessly and does exactly what it’s supposed to. The only suggestion would be to offer a smaller starter plan – in our case, we don’t even use half of the monthly invitations, so we end up paying for something we don’t use. Other than that, everything is great – highly recommended!

Great review collection We are using trustmate with our shopify store. The hint based solution is making it easier for customers to leave a review. Before that, we had less extensive reviews. Good app, go for it!

Easy to use Great addition to our website and for SEO. Very easy to install an to use it. Have used it in our Shopify store. On the down side: You need to select one language for collecting reviews. Would be great if this could be flexible and adjust to the customers country of origin.
