Really impressed with the Upsell Kit app and their customer service! It’s super user-friendly and easy to set up. I originally tried a competitor (ReConvert), but it was far too complicated. completely waste app , there is no customer support , i am paying customer and still no resolution to my problem. if you want to save money and have better features try other available apps . this app is just horrendous.

Used to give it five stars but they basically gave it for free so we would start to rely on it, then made it paid. At first they said any tool you already used would be free forever but you need to pay to use more. Now suddenly I can't even edit the text on my pop up. Feels pretty scummy they should have said when it was free that the plan was to go paid one day.

Used to be amazing. Now stuff isn't working and they are trying to pass off AI as real customer service that's a joke. If it wasn't AI I have never had a human repeat the question back to me as the solution. Bummer because I loved the app but if they can't even provide customer service anymore I would rather spend more and go to anther app.

I got charged amount under "professional fees" even when I uninstalled this app within the trial period. This is unacceptable. Pls refund the amount.
