very supportive support on phone in Google Meet. Problem solved quickly. Hemadri was very kind and polite and interested in solving the problem by screensharing. The problem was given by customized URLs and Hemadri guided through the correct settings in the Shopify app page.

Got this app to make a custom URL with my domain name. Was prompted to upgrade to use this feature and when I did I was told I need to pay for a 3rd party service to handle the short url which charges $10 a month. Fantastic support, not so fantastic app. Use Shopify's native URL redirects to accomplish what you're looking for. The app is written in broken English, very confusing to use. Hope the developers take this constructive criticism to at least improve the instructions (although the main demographic for this app can just use Shopify's native settings)

The worst app I ever installed. Nothing works properly! It's impossible to add external links. I wouldn't install the app again.

Two stars for functionality, anything useful is locked behind a paywall, you'll get better analytical results using Google URL shortener (which this app also incorporates but is completely free analytics)
