Excellent, prompt support with Mani. He helped to update my store for optimum usage with theme. Also, ability to separate out individual variants for volume/tiered pricing is an excellent feature. I can't speak to its effectiveness in conversions/upsells, but I can tell you that their customer support is fantastic! I'm on the Horizon theme and needed some help in setting up the app in the cart drawer and on my product pages (again, because I'm on Horizon). Dealeasy solved a bulk discount problem I've been having for months! Customer support is so responsive and helpful. Fixing a conflict between the app and my theme, and going as far as customizing the app's appearance for me. I wish they had a tip jar because they've seriously earned it.
