Amazing service. The app didn't work with our theme (non of the wholesale apps did) but the support team integrated it for us and did an amazing job with regular clear communication. I wish all providers were as helpful :). The app itself is easy to use, pretty straight forward and does what it needs to do.

Customer service tried to cover their false information by editing the conversation. Then when I called them out for doing it as I downloaded the original transcript, they changed the message back to the original content. Their chat also switches off your chance to respond to their messages saying "Messaging is unavailable" and I was told that this is a glitch on their system. More disappointin...

There's no instructions on how to use the app. If you're a US based company and you have a question, you can count on waiting a day or two before you get a response if you are lucky. Tax ID section doesn't work. This app was recommended but it lacks support and instructions.
