Zigpoll Customer Surveys

We use this app every day for both automated and one-off surveys, and it works very well for our needs. The team is also incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Jason responds super fast; the app is very useful and lets you collect a huge amount of data. It's the best one on the market—I highly recommend it. It's the only one on the market that offers multilingual support.

I set up a post purchase survey, exit intent survey and abandoned cart survey. All are working good and the insights after just a few hours have been very valuable. The surveys are very customizable. Support was also excellent.
