Recharge adds control over Win Back flow deactivation, plus address shortcuts

Recharge updated its Win Back flow deactivation to give merchants control over mid-journey customers. When you turn off a flow, you choose to keep them enrolled or remove them immediately. A bulk clearing action also lets you handle inactive flows in one step.
Choose what happens when you deactivate
When you turn off a Win Back flow in Recharge, customers already mid-campaign now have a defined outcome instead of an automatic behavior. You pick whether they stay enrolled to finish the campaign or get removed immediately. This distinction matters operationally: finishing campaigns maintains engagement but delays stopping outbound messages, while immediate removal cuts contact instantly but may disrupt customers partway through a journey they expected to complete.
Your choice affects when and how many customers see your final campaign emails or SMS, so test both approaches to see which moves the needle on repeat purchase rates for your store.
Bulk removal for inactive flows
For Win Back flows you are no longer using, Recharge added a bulk removal action. Rather than entering each flow and removing customers manually, you clear the entire roster in one step. This is practical when you are archiving a test campaign or consolidating overlapping flows that target the same lapsed customer segment.
Affinity 2.0 adds saved addresses
The Affinity 2.0 customer portal now saves addresses when a customer places a subscription order. Previously, selecting a shipping or billing address required either leaving the order form to retrieve a saved address or typing the address again. Saved addresses now appear directly on the Next Order page, reducing friction when customers manage recurring subscriptions.
This addresses a common drop off point in subscription management flows. Customers abandon updates when address entry feels redundant.
Recharge documents the change in its product updates site.
