If you’re serious about personalized products, Customily is worth it. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Customily—both the app itself and the team behind it. The level of customization this platform makes possible is incredible. You can build sophisticated personalized products, connect with external APIs, generate custom imagery, control what customers see versus what they ultimate...

Jose and the entire Customily team have been incredible partners in bringing our custom patch program to life. From the initial setup through launch, they took the time to understand our vision and worked closely with us to make it a reality. Jose consistently went above and beyond, working overtime to troubleshoot bugs, resolve unexpected issues, and make sure everything functioned the way we ne...

客服人员真的很好，很耐心的解答，有很多问题都会认真的处理和教学，工作做的很好！除此之外，他们会帮我们很耐心的修改代码，解决了很多问题，真的非常感谢！

Customily is amazing. I’ve had it for just under a year now and still learning, the customer service team are superb whenever you get stuck & need some help, they explain things really well, and you don’t feel like you have asked a daft question. I’ve just started watching the lives and I’m picking up more knowledge and ideas, also seeing any new updates too.

Yes the subscription is not the cheapest but the support you get by customily to launch is worth every cent. Thank you Max for your constant support!

I've been looking for a t-shirt customiser app to add to my Shopify store for some time without success until I came across Customily. Daniela in Business Development was excellent and helped with the installation, she was great to work with, friendly and professional. Dara customtee.ie

Daniela is great and very friendly. Been assisting us since the beginning. Great service!

— Story in glass

Our team started with apparel customization using Customily and are now expanding into print on demand postcards and other marketing items. Customily's support team, specifically Josema Rodriguez, has been hugely helpful not only with general product set up, but with complex problem solving for conditional features and enhancements. I highly recommend this app and their team.

The webinar was clear, helpful and easy to follow. Having a cut off date was a great piece of advise. Thank you also for providing a PDF...That was great! Sidney:)

— DecoTeak

Excellent help and very understanding!

— Ammo Can Man

I love this app and the support is great, as well. Can't wait to see the results that making these designs will bring. Flor went above and beyond to assist me at the end of her shift. She provided excellent service and provided a video so I could see what needed to be done. Thank you so much! Oriana was outstanding, she resolved my issue in one chat. Ngoc, Brian, Julieta and the entire team are in...

— Epic Era Tees

Product awesome. Support even better. What I like even more than that is that Customily takes it's community of users seriously and implements suggestions for product improvements on an on-going basis.

— Custom Mary

This wasn't the app for me. And I was charged for a month after I'd uninstalled it.

— Ruby Joy Boutique

Customily broke our personalised orders for three weeks, and support was slow to take it seriously. We've used Customily for our house signs and address decals. It worked well until mid-August, when an update stopped customers' choices reaching our Shopify orders. We found the cause ourselves, down to the exact add-to-cart request, and sent it in. Support spent more than two weeks asking whether...

— Dagood Letterboxes

Tried it for 2 weeks, wasted a lot of time. Hard to learn, clunky at best. Pus 20 minutes to render a file, does not work if you are doing 20 + orders per day.

— Celebration Giftware

I have been using this app for approximately four months. It is a very powerful tool, particularly for users who are willing to invest a significant amount of time learning its capabilities. However, the application is not very intuitive. The interface feels clunky and poorly designed, with many tools feeling disconnected from one another. Additionally, the designer experience is especially frustr...

— memesbyapril

EDIT Now i have been waiting three weeks for a refund, that support said i will get as soon as i cancel my subscription. Avoid using this app. They will take your money fast, even if you spend it because they cant fix all the bugs. In short what i can tell to anyone who wil read this review in the future, i do not recomend using this app. It is really hard to learn, really far away from being use...

— Drobela

Terrible app. Features don’t work, nothing gets updated, and there’s zero support. Not worth installing

— Zumbamboo

Terrible experience for 10 months now. The customer care and technical help department send ai emails that are repetitive saying the same thing, "Looks like you haven't responded, we are closing the ticket now." Meanwhile I am flooding their emails demanding help or a full refund as the service was never used and not functional for 11 months. Worse experience of all millions of apps out there on t...
