I received help from the Product designer to fix an issue my site was having. I'm extremely happy that they were able to resolve in short time.

— Urban Street Clothing

— Ritmoculto

Really happy with this app! It has made offering custom and personalized products on our store so much easier. The customization features work well, the interface is easy to understand, and it gives us the flexibility we need for our products. The support has been excellent as well. A special shoutout to Jay, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient whenever we’ve needed assistanc...

— FULLCORE

10/10 Customer Service! Jay helped answer all our questions, and worked quickly to fix any feature issue we had (which was only 1). In the beginning, Jay went above and beyond to help me set-up one of my product variables within the app-I didn't even have to ask! We're happy we found this app - can't wait to incorporate more products! :)

— Simply Nice Canada

Had some trouble with it but all got resolved thanks to the team

— SON Workwear

The IT associate Jay was very helpful in explaining what the cause of my technical troubles were, and going about explaining the solution. This associate is extremely responsive as well which is very much appreciated:))

— BagworksNY

— Laserdesign Heim

Very disappointing experience with this app. The app stopped functioning automatically, and even after reporting the issue, their support team did not take proper action to resolve it. However, they continued charging the monthly subscription fee without fail. The customization feature has been non-functional for a long time, affecting. Poor support and lack of accountability. Would not recommend...

— His'en'Her - Shop T-Shirts For Men & Women Online

This app is a complete disaster. The dashboard crashes constantly and won't even load. I have spent a lot of time on this and yet all the add-ons I configured have disappeared. I have already contacted support, but they take forever to reply and offer no solutions. I even tried clearing cookies and testing on both Mac and Windows, but the problem persists. I do not recommend this at all, especiall...

— Nero Illusion

— Sprint Transfert

I really wanted to love this app. The concept is brilliant, and I truly believe the developer and support team did their best to accommodate my requests – they were responsive and tried to help. But the reality is, this app is simply not ready for use in a live store. Despite its potential, the app was buggy, unpredictable, and difficult to rely on. It caused issues with my product pages, preview...

— READY2PRESS2024

They promised to refund the money tomorrow, then as soon as the money would reach the account, and so on, but in the end they never refunded it. I asked them several times, and every time they said “tomorrow, tomorrow.” You can keep the money; this is a warning for other buyers. Regarding the app: + Support responds and helps with setup - Doesn’t work with variable products - Doesn’t adapt t...

— Posters and canvases of high quality

I had such high hopes for this app. The concept is beautiful but the functionality is not. The issue begins with response time on getting help off on weekends and not available during normal hours make it hit and miss. Moving on the next issue is the app has issues functioning on phones and tablets. Which these days are how the world operates. They tell me everything is fine on there end but what...
