Very helpful support staff and willing to accomodate heavy customization and specific use-cases.

— SpeedCubeShop

Had some technical issues that slipped through the cracks initially with the support team, but Roger got me taken care of. Thanks man.

Good app can't complain at all. Does what it's suppose to do. Geeky apparel store: https://threadiverseapparel.com/

Good system to start with, I am still playing around. This is my first time using the program! it is not too difficult for a beginner, editing my review later when i find out more

Where to begin?! The Decimal team is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I don't say that lightly either. I've been in I.T. for 10+ years, and they've exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds! As a merchant who utilizes multiple shipping methods, we rely on shipping companies who offer not only great, competitive rates but also provide reliable transportation and deliv...

We are a Shopify Plus site and were having a tough time finding a system that could handle our complex shipping calculation needs. Delighted to have found Decimal!

— Hero Arts

We were shocked when we found out that there was no existing app to solve our issues managing shipping from two warehouses. We fulfill from both the US and UK, with only a subset of our existing inventory located in the UK. We had been searching for a solution to offer our customers cheapest-cost shipping options for orders placed from each warehouse. Decimal's app does real time calculations,...

— Ghostly

What a terrific app. Implemented quickly and works like magic.

— The Con Man Store

Decimal solved our 'wholesale shipping rates' problem with their quick, yet robust solution. The IBM of shipping rates!

— Salmon Sisters

Two thumbs up for Decimal! A terrific solution.

ABOUT US: An old family recipe brought to life! All-natural, gluten-free pickles and relish, kosher certified. Buy online or pick one up at grocery stores in the Detroit area. ABOUT DECIMAL: Simply superb. Amazing iterations and calculations!

WAS Freaking Awesome until mayor update Dec, 2021. Now broken... Just wanted the ability to add USPS Media Mail option for shipping using the Decimal code editor. Most help bubbles have Lorem Ipsum, have no idea how to use this app, seems overkill and full of useless features.... too expensive for just the simple option I needed.

— Koinonia House

"Something went wrong" when I pick add app. I dont know what is the problem but it would be cool :(((

— ktremx

This application sounds like it has great features, but it is pointless. People look for applications because they don't want to do all the coding to make it happen themselves. The lack of any sort of UI and being solely code defeats the purpose of an app. It is a free application with a guide to try to help you code out a solution.

We sell beautiful, unique handmade British furniture. Our hand picked, reclaimed wood ensures that each piece is of the finest quality, bespoke and will stand the test of time. And we love how Decimal helps us sell it!

— Heyl Ltd

This shit rocks. Ever since we implemented Decimal, our shipping cost per order has dropped by 20%. The accuracy and reliability of the calculations is uncanny. We could never have imagined the control we now have over shipping options. Of all the apps we have installed in our Shopify store, Decimal has had the most impact on our sales and profitability.
