Disaster! Generic templates they throw together. No care to review and make sure your product is visible, the collections are accurate, copywriting is included or makes sense. My experience was phenomenal. Grid + Pixel took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and adjust the email flows and campaigns accordingly. They also encouraged me to add SMS marketing (which I did) and it's been a game changer, especially for the abandoned cart flow.
