I would give 0 stars if I could. We uninstalled the Redo app, and a customer requested a return within the 30-day return period. The customer had paid $2.48 for Redo’s return protection/label service when placing the order. Despite having an established point of contact for our merchant account, our team members continue to be bombarded with unsolicited emails pushing new features. When a vendor scrapes company directories to spam internal staff outside of established channels, it makes reliable account management difficult to maintain. .
