I was facing a billing issue at the beginning of this month, and honestly the support team helped me resolve this issue they were so professional and everything worked fine. Doesn't work right, won't watermark all images, just hangs at processing. Even paid for the upgraded membership and nothing. Zero support.

This service is extremely unreliable. It replaced all my original images with wrong featured images and permanently overwrote them with watermarks. There is no way to recover my original data now. On top of that, there is zero email support. This caused serious damage to my website. Not recommended at all.

they charged me 30 usd instead of 5.99 USD !!!!!! as per the app pricing plan they have to charge me 5.99 USD for less than 10 images and I only ised 1000 image.

There is no support. They state 24/7 support with a reaction in 5 minutes with chat, and mail support in 12-24 hours. After 3 days stil no reaction on chat and mail :(
