I have been having constant issues with this app. I will watch the activity banner show constant updates on an item, view the report and it will not reflect the wishlisting activity that I am seeing. The wishlist takes hours, sometimes days to update and when I contact support they tell me everything is working fine on their end. The custom implementation is difficult and creates additional technical issues instead of solving them. Support does not have live chat, which makes troubleshooting slow and frustrating. Also, the integration with customer notification emails does not work properly. Overall, too much complexity and not enough reliability.
