This app worked well for me. It did everything I wanted it to. Adding the "Notify Me" button to my products was simple. My only criticism is that the interface to get reports or to make changes to notifications is clunky and not user-friendly. It took an hour on their chat to get a notification message updated. Since 4 weeks our Swym account is locked. No one can help me to get access to our own cutomer account. Several product are locked by this App. We have stock but when customer want to buy the product she get a pop up notification that the product is sold out. We are very angry and disappointed from this App and would not recommend to use it.

This app worked great for a few months until it started sending out tons of back in stock alerts for products that were still out of stock! It's done this with over 20 products in the last 3 weeks. I finally deleted it. There were no returns for these items and the inventory had not been altered at all. NOT HAPPY
