I have been working with Clover for around 6 months now, across approximately 3 different stores, and my experience has been really positive. The support has been great from the beginning. I am using teemdrop for the past 2 months and my experience has been pretty positive overall. I have a specific number that I can refer to anytime during any day which is really helpful. My specified mentor is Fiona. She is super helpful and the repsonse time is pretty quick although we are in different time zones. I am truly satisfied with my exprience so far!

— YLONI

After using TeemDrop for almost 3 months, I decided to stop using their service and move to a private fulfillment agent. In my experience, the overall service has been mediocre. Product quality is comparable to what you can find directly on AliExpress, and I did not see the level of quality control I would expect from a fulfillment company. There were also issues with customer service and order h...

I have multiple orders and none of them met my 6-10 days business days shipping date that I have paid more money for, I have multiple orders that did not arrive to my costumers so they also asked for a refund, I have lost my business and a lot of money due this. None should use this platform, its a huge scam.

— Mancsly

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I built my entire business around this app after successfully sourcing hundreds of products through it. The team could clearly see the type of products I was sourcing, and at no point did anyone warn me that they could not be sold or shipped. I spent weeks building my website and uploaded over 200 products, investing a significant amount of time and...

— C-Drama Cart

This app is not recommended. Orders repeatedly resulted in items being out of stock; initial inventory checks showed sufficient stock, but the situation changed after order submission. After shipment, there were constant logistics problems, and feedback was met with unclear responses, evasive and dismissive language. Refund requests were also repeatedly delayed and not processed.

— My Store

We spoke with business owners and entrepreneurs. Honestly, we are extremely tired and frustrated with your service. My customer placed an order on May 14. There was a “6-day” delay.
I paid $9.07 for YUN-Fast-Electro shipping, which was advertised as 3–6 day delivery.
The order was only shipped on May 19. That means around a “9-day” delay in total. To be honest, I no longer believe TEEMDROP ships d...

You can spend a fortune building a high-converting front end and generating thousands of sales, but a provider like this can kill your business in a single day. Their poor customer service and negligence are not worth the risk. Don't let them destroy everything you’ve worked to build.

— EGAAL SKIN

Avoid this fulfillment service at all costs they will destroy your business. They held a €258 order in a warehouse for two weeks in china without even realizing it. Their staff is totally careless; they even sent me a 'proof' video to deny a missing part claim, but the video actually showed the worker dropping the part off the table while packing! If you value your customers and your money, stay a...

WARNING!!! Change my mind... TEEMDROP is FAILING and UNRELIABLE. DO NOT build a business with this platform if you aim to have a valid operation. I will revise and update if appropriate. I have setup shop and spent notable time and money building shop/products/marketing, relying on Teemdrop after researching them and seeing these reviews with my belief that they are a reliable fulfillment center...
