Both member and non‑member cancellations and returns are supported, and the multilingual handling works very well. With the DHL integration, automatic return label generation also works smoothly. For what it does, the pricing is ridiculous. I have the premium plan and you cannot even close returns automatically, you have to get two addons to do that. So instead of bulk closing returns, you have to go one by one, talk about "automations"... EDIT: After this review, they enabled the features
